Blackburn Lake Netball Club provides an environment where players, coaches, umpires and administrators of all ages can develop their skills and knowledge of the game of netball whilst maintaining a sense of fun and enjoyment.

 

Specifically, the Club aims to:

• Inspire and promote netball within our community; encourage participation and passion for netball as a means of improving health, fitness, and quality of life and making enduring friendships; support its players, coaches, umpires, and administrators to achieve their full potential;

• Encourage players to learn from the team environment of netball including skills of mutual support, team cohesion, cooperation, and combined effort to achieve a common goal 

• Foster a supportive community

 

The club was established by a group of parents in order to provide a healthy after-school activity.

 

The club has now grown to over 150 players and is the second-biggest club in the association.

 

We have teams at all age levels.
